My primary function as a therapist is to provide a safe space for you to cultivate self-exploration, understanding, and sustainable growth. While contemplation and insight are one part of the equation, a primary way I facilitate healing is through taking an integrative approach to your mental health — operating under the truth that our minds and bodies are inherently connected. By privileging your senses and present moment experience within the talk therapy space we build skills for you to be your own observer/ advocate/healer.
